Funding in Cyprus

The "EUREKA Cyprus" Programme offers funding opportunities to Cypriot companies and research organisations wishing to participate in EUREKA projects. Project evaluation is conducted at national level. A project has to be endorsed by the EUREKA organisation in order to receive funding. The Programme includes three Specific Actions:

- Specific Action: "EUREKA - New Projects" 
- Specific Action: "EUREKA - Ongoing Projects" 
- Specific Action: "Eurostars Cyprus"

Restrictions
In addition to the Cypriot partners, at least one organisation from another EUREKA member country has to be included in the consortium. Foreign Partners have to submit the proposal to their respective national EUREKA offices in order for their participation to be approved. Cypriot partners only will be funded by the RPF. Categories and Project Research Types: 100% Industrial (Applied) Research activities or 100% Experimental Research activities. Project Duration: at least 12 months. On the submission date, the project that the Cypriot participants wish to join must have at least 18 months left. Project proposals for Cypriot organisations' participation in Ongoing EUREKA Projects have to be accompanied by the Approval of the Project Coordinator for their participation in the Ongoing EUREKA project.
